Position Summary

Community Pharmacy, a Pharmacy Innovations company, is seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Gift Shop Associate to support both our in-store gift shop and growing online retail business. This position combines traditional retail responsibilities with eCommerce management, requiring someone who enjoys customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and online sales. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Shopify, experienced with eCommerce operations, and passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience both in-store and online.

Retail Operations
  • Greet and assist customers.
  • Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain merchandise displays and store appearance.
  • Stock shelves, price merchandise, and monitor inventory.
  • Assist with seasonal merchandising and promotional events.
eCommerce & Shopify Management
  • Manage and maintain the company Shopify storefront.
  • Add, edit, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Process and fulfill online orders.
  • Coordinate shipping and customer notifications.
  • Monitor website inventory and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Respond to online customer inquiries.
