Watts Steam Store is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Shop Assistant to join our exceptional team.

Summary of Responsibilities: The primary responsibility for the Customer Service Representative (CSR)/shop assistant is to provide timely and professional customer service to Watts Steam Store customers, while also supporting Watts Steam Store sales through effective communication and excellent organization and time management skills.

Job Duties Include:

  • Answer the phone quickly and professionally; direct calls/messages to appropriate staff
  • Ensure the accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information into Company’s accounting program/CRM program
  • Basic accounting functions including invoicing & accounts receivable including collections
  • Create a friendly and inviting working environment
  • Responsible for assisting front counter customers
  • Maintain clean organized showroom and replenish stock product as needed
  • Support Outside Sales and respond in a timely manner with price, availability, product specifications, order status and other information as required
  • Call customers to confirm maintenance appointments
  • Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner
  • Other duties assigned by Management

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent Customer Service (people skills)
  • Strong Communication Skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with computers - Familiarity of Quickbooks, Jobber and P21 a plus
