JOB SUMMARY:
Assist with general shop activities, contributing to an efficient and organized shop.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
  • High school Diploma or GED

Experience
  • One year general fleet and equipment maintenance and repair experience preferred

License or Certification
  • Valid driver license issued by the state where employed, with insurable record

Specialized Skills
  • Knowledge of mowing and landscape equipment
  • Knowledge of small engine and two cycle engine repair
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Has own tools
  • Basic Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred

  • Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations;adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures
