What You'll Do 

  • Assist with maintenance and repairs on landscape equipment, trucks, and trailers 

  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently 

  • Help diagnose mechanical issues and support repair efforts 

  • Maintain accurate service records and work orders 

  • Organize tools, parts, and shop inventory

What We're Looking For 

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn 

  • Experience with small engines, automotive, diesel, landscaping equipment, or related mechanical work is a plus

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team 

  • Basic computer or mobile device skills for work orders and maintenance records 

  • Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record 

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to safely perform physical labor—including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in varying weather conditions—with or without accommodation
