Who you are:

Are you a hardworking and responsible individual who is mechanically inclined? Do you have experience as a Junior or Lead Technician? Are you a team player with a great attitude? If so, our team would love to hear from you!


What you will be doing:

  • Sets up, tests, and maintains a variety of equipment
  • Use various techniques to fabricate metal items, including welding, drilling, grinding, and sawing
  • Read technical drawings
  • Lead by example and model correct behavior you want to see in your team members; demonstrate excellence
  • Directing a team of junior technicians
  • Overseeing a crew of technicians
  • Ensure the safety of their crew by giving regular trainings
  • Ensure quality and quantity of the work put out by the shop
  • Manage daily work of the shop
  • Assist machinists
  • Report to shop managers
  • Handle customer service
