The range listed reflects the entire range and typical placement is entry to mid range.

Pay Rate - $16.00/hr
Position Purpose
Provides exceptional customer service in the Pro Shop, over the phone, and during golf-related activities in support of the Golf Pro and Course Manager. Ensures guest requests and feedback are communicated professionally and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Job Functions

  • Operates cash register and processes sales transactions accurately.
  • Assists customers with retail purchases, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming Pro Shop environment.
  • Answers incoming calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Communicates with customers in a friendly, professional, and responsive manner.
  • Oversees and supports cart, range, starter, and marshal staff; assists in various areas as directed by the supervisor.
  • Frequently operates a personal or City-owned motor vehicle to drive to and from work locations throughout the City.


Other Job Functions

  • This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and may exceed 40 hours per week during peak seasons.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
