Stan's Shoes in Brookfield, WI is looking for a part-time Shoe Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with customers to deliver our signature sit-and-fit experience-assessing size and fit, recommending shoes and insoles, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident and comfortable.

What You'll Do
  • Provide Expert Fittings: Work one-on-one with customers to assess foot size and fit, recommending shoes and insoles for comfort, support, and style.
  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Create an exceptional sit-and-fit experience so every customer leaves confident and satisfied.
  • Build Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on footwear styles, fit technologies, and trends to help customers find the best options for their needs.
  • Create Lasting Relationships: Build trust and rapport with customers, encouraging repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
  • Support Store Operations: Accurately process transactions and help maintain an organized, welcoming store environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Flexible availability - evenings, weekends, and peak periods

Pay & Schedule
