Like to Clean? Want to learn about eco-friendly cleaning? Two Bettys is currently hiring!
We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented house cleaners to join our amazing team! Our Bettys, work independently and are responsible for reading and following client notes with detailed instructions provided and collected by our sales team & schedulers. Using Two Bettys cleaning supplies and standard procedures our Bettys complete standard, deep or specialty clean services. For this role you must also have the ability to commute between client locations anywhere within our service area. We strive to always support our cleaners and clients, We have a full team ready to support you from a dedicated service manager to a dedicated scheduler for each area, quality field agents that closely support both clients and cleaners. For the specialty projects we have dedicated team leads, and specialty teams! We service our residential clients Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm - No nights or weekends.
No experience? No worries, We offer a paid full week of training! (Training Schedule M-F 9 am-5 pm)

We offer the following positions:
  • Full-time Cleaner - 30 hours +.
  • Part-time Cleaner- 25 hours minimum (Flexible Hours, Friday's are a must).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Tasks and responsibilities associated with this position include (but are not limited to) the following:         
  • Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Two Bettys.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Clean windows, kitchen, restrooms, sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs, windows and vanities.
  • Dust surfaces, ceiling fans, blinds , tables, wood surfaces, and shelves.
  • Sweep and vacuum floors, carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
  • Wipe down appliances.
  • Empty wastebaskets and take trash and recycling out.
  • Keep a consistent schedule and communicate availability updates in a timely manner.
  • Accountable to report to a Service Manager regarding, but not limited to, schedule changes, time off requests, support and training needs, etc.
  • Participate in 1:1 meetings with Service Manager.
  • Visit the Refill station as scheduled (to pick-up/drop-off supplies).
  • Attend company meetings, events and model Two Bettys company values and mission is expected.
  • Visit residences to perform a variety of house cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review cleaning specifications for each residence.

Earn a living wage!
  • We start our cleaners at $19.50 an hour.
  • Increase to $22 or $23 an hour within the first year of employment!

Requirements (some are physical)
  • Valid Drivers License (to commute to and from client accounts).
  • Reliable Vehicle & Proof of Auto Insurance (to commute to and from client accounts).
  • Active Smartphone (to download scheduling & HR/Payroll applications).
  • House shoes- Slip-resistant is encouraged.
  • Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm availability (for full-time cleaners).
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely.
  • Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in a physically demanding job.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step stool, etc. in an 8-hour day while providing field support.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations.
