DISTRIBUTION CENTER JOB FAIR!!!
WHEN: Friday, August 21st, 2026
TIME: 11:00am to 3:00pm

LOCATION: 51 E. Hines Hill Road, Boston Heights, Ohio 44236

OPEN WAREHOUSE ROLES:

Equipment Operators: Responsible for operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.

General Warehouse Associates: Responsible for all aspects of receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise in support of the business.

Warehouse Lead: Responsible for the flow of product into and out of inventory to the shipping locations.

Porter/Housekeeping: Responsible for keeping building clean.
AVAILABLE WORK SCHEDULES

Boston Heights:

4 DAY (10 - Hour) Boston Heights Monday – Thursday 6am – 4:30pm

4 NIGHT (10 – Hour) Boston Heights Monday – Thursday 5:30pm – 4am

3 DAY (12 - Hour) Boston Heights Friday – Sunday 6am – 6:30pm

Walton Hills:

5 DAY (8 – Hour) Walton Hills Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

5 NIGHT (8 – Hour) Walton Hills Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 11:30pm


Essential Functions and Competencies of the Position:
Performing tasks in a standing position for extended periods of time
Repetitive movements
No physical limitations that limit the ability to carry and move furniture weighing up to 175+ pounds
Adapts to change quickly and easily, and performs effectively during times of change; demonstrates the ability to multi-task and manages competing priorities effectively
Builds respectful and effective working relationships; collaborates with others to achieve common goals
Conveys information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing; adjusts communication to meet the needs of the audience
Demonstrates initiative by acting as a self-starter; takes on increased responsibility to enhance one’s contribution
Displays a high degree of integrity, honesty and takes responsibility for one’s own actions; shows consistency between words and actions
Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
1 - 2 years of experience in a distribution and/or warehouse setting preferred
The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft.
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations
Working knowledge of computer programs
Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including unloading, loading, picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures
Willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed to accommodate business needs/overtime
