Now Hiring: Bilingual Recruiter

Labor One Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support the recruiting needs of our shipyard and industrial projects across the United States.

This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for skilled trades and general labor positions.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit candidates for shipyard and industrial positions such as welders, pipefitters, riggers, electricians, and general labor.

  • Source candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, and recruiting networks.

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews in English and Spanish.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates ready to deploy when positions open.

  • Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.

  • Communicate job details including pay, schedule, and project location.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Recruiting or staffing experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and experience with recruiting platforms
