PrideStaff is seeking a dependable Shipping & Logistics Specialist for an established manufacturing client in Redmond. This role handles daily order fulfillment, inventory stock, and logistics using Shopify and ShipStation.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick, pack, and prepare domestic shipments using Shopify and ShipStation.
Prepare outgoing parcels and pallets according to safety, quality, and carrier standards.
Stock and organize warehouse inventory to maintain an efficient, orderly workspace.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing, safety, and chemical handling.
Complete future company-provided HazMat shipping certification (IATA/IMDG).
1+ years of experience in shipping, order pulling, or warehouse operations.
Proficiency with Shopify and ShipStation (or similar e-commerce/shipping software) is a plus.
Solid foundational math skills for calculating weights, quantities, and inventory counts.
Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
Lift up to 25 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Stand and move on concrete floors for extended periods.
Comfort in an environment with common industrial chemicals (isopropyl alcohol, acetone, etc.) using provided PPE.
