Job Description
  • Job title: Mail Operations Associate
  • Job type: Full time
  • Location: St LOUIS, MO
  • Shift time: M 8-5, T-F 9-5
  • Pay range: $17 - $18 / hr (Final pay decided by hiring manager after final interview)
  • Skills Required: Experience in sorting, postage metering, shipping/receiving processes, Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), conduct daily physical mail delivery sweeps, and manage dock operations with minimal supervision.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
โ€ข Process incoming mail, perform mail deliveries including the 1:30 and Final Mail sweeps.
โ€ข Lookup and sort Mail.
โ€ข Process Sample kits.
โ€ข Run Postage meter and required reports.
โ€ข Package and process Shipping.
โ€ข Support 202 N Dock operations including Package Delivery and Servicing Break rooms with Coffee supplies.
โ€ข Support 202 N Dock Lunch coverage.
โ€ข Help resolve customer concerns/issues
โ€ข Administrative services/assist in reports using excel and assisting manager with monthly reports.
โ€ข Handle time-sensitive material
โ€ข Willingness to cross train in all aspects of what we do here at this site.
โ€ข Perform duties and special requests as assigned by the manager.
โ€ข Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements
โ€ข Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures
Required Qualifications:
