Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service experience, organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.  In this fast-paced role, you must be able to perform customer service and logistics promptly.  Prior automotive experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Check-in parts received by the department daily
  • Post receipts to the computer system
  • Coordinate deliveries to wholesale customers
  • Stock shelves and maintain bin locations
  • Keep track of the details for the special-order customers
  • Maintain the scraping of the warranty bin and other trash
  • Keep track of returned parts for wholesale accounts
  • Random bin counts
  • Ongoing training to advance to Parts Sales Consultant

Requirements

  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
  • Knowledge of pthe arts system
  • Computer skills
  • Customer handling skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license
