Job description

Open Positions: 2 Shipping & Receiving Associates
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Candidate Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience
  • Experience using ERP and/or WMS systems
  • Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Freight/LTL
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must speak English; bilingual candidates are also welcome
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect incoming products for damage, missing items, or incorrect products
  • Process receipts using the warehouse management system
  • Stock and label inventory in the correct locations
  • Perform physical inventory counts
  • Pick, package, and prepare products for shipment
  • Process FedEx, UPS, and LTL shipments
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Assist other departments when needed
