Job description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping + Receiving Clerk to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, tracked, and shipped to customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
  • Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Unload, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory movement.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Generate and maintain shipping and receiving records and documentation.
  • Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits.
  • Support e-commerce fulfillment operations by processing online orders for timely shipment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Complete required training and comply with all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is a plus.
  • E-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.
