Join the RV Country team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate! In this role, you’ll be at the center of the action, making sure every part and package gets where it needs to go—quickly and accurately. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect all incoming packages and orders, noting and reporting any damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
  • Log and process deliveries in the system within 24 hours, tag and bin parts correctly, and ensure all invoices match receiving reports.
  • Distribute parts to the correct service writer, foreman, or work order, updating job statuses and tagging special orders appropriately.
  • Maintain an organized and clearly labeled parts storage area, assisting technicians and the front counter with pulling and signing out parts.
  • Communicate with the manager regarding any issues or delays that affect shipping and receiving tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inspecting and processing deliveries
  • Highly organized with the ability to keep inventory areas neat and clearly labeled
