Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Goodrich, MI
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary-to-Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Goodrich, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with shipping, warehouse, inventory, or clerical experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be hired directly by the client.

Responsibilities

  • Scan finished products into inventory using a computer-based inventory system.

  • Accurately enter and maintain inventory records.

  • Verify inventory counts and ensure products are properly documented.

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.

  • Prepare products for shipment and maintain accurate shipping records.

  • Operate a hi-lo (forklift) when needed (experience is a plus but not required).

  • When shipping duties are complete, assist the secondary department by operating production equipment.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or clerical experience.

  • Basic computer and data entry skills are required.

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Hi-lo/forklift experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
