Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform repetitive tasks

  • Lifting and handling of product and boxes

  • Operate PIT-Single, double; stand up jack (preferred)

  • Ensuring food safety and quality

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

  • Cleanliness and housekeeping

  • Job consists of unloading trucks, feeding production inventory

  • All other duties assigned by Lead or Supervisor

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without Visa sponsorship
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to lift 80 lbs
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment
  • Must be proficient in counting & attention detail
  • Must have basic math skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Cargill experience
  • Previous shipping/warehousing experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Computer skills
  • Management experience
  • Shipping/receiving experience
  • Work history in the past 12 months
