To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Shipping & Reveiving Material Handler located in Manchester, Connecticut.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Move materials to storage areas and production lines using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including recording material locations and conducting cycle counts.
  • Prepare materials and products for shipment.
  • Accurately document material movements and inventory transactions according to company procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect and maintain material-handling equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Troubleshoot shipping issues and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Address and resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or operations experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment preferred.
