Job Title: E-commerce Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Job Summary
This position supports requirements for shipping or re-distributing products online to maximize Seattle Goodwill sales and profit margins.
Pay Rate: $21.30/hour
Essential Functions:
Pull all merchandise sold from previous day from shipping pick list.
Pack and ship a variety of products. Items are to be weighed, wrapped and/or boxed as needed for safe transport for merchandise sold on online selling sites.
Provide daily reports to management.
Prepare shipping labels using shipping software, package and sold items.
Clean, straighten and organize listed-merchandise shelves.
Pull Not Sold items from the Not Sold list (except re-listed items). Removing all tags/bags from the items and removing this material to the production floor for processing.
Pull Local Pickup items for the Customer Service department. Items are to be wrapped and/or boxed for safe transport for the customer as needed.
Stock shipping department's supplies. Pickup shipping and/or department supplies from the front office or boiler, and stock items in the appropriate place, maintain inventory counts as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly receiving area for the shipping department's supplies. Remove all pallet bands and shrink wrap to keep area clean and free of debris.
Dispose cardboard, trash or debris, to keep entire department organized and isles clear.
Report building damage, broken equipment, safety hazards or other problems to supervisor immediately as they are discovered
Demonstrates safe work practices through awareness and observation in support of a safety culture; reports any potential hazards or accidents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: E-commerce or equivalent experience with warehouse shipping and receiving operations experience preferred.
Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Intermediate knowledge of Windows and various shipping software.
Essential Physical Abilities:
Lifting and carrying 35-50 pounds; Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers;
Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; standing for long periods of time;
Able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain). Able to read, write, and speak English clearly and fluently.
Excellent computer and Internet skills.
