Inventory & Logistics Specialist (On‑Site) Overview

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to support on‑site material flow across engineering, production, and launch operations. This role ensures the right parts are in the right place at the right time by maintaining inventory accuracy, organized storage, and efficient shipping/receiving. You’ll be part of a mission‑driven environment helping teams deliver advanced space and launch systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute daily inventory operations: receiving, put‑away, issuing, kitting, and cycle counting
  • Maintain material traceability and accountability in the ERP system
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics: supplier receipts, shipments to customers, test sites, and launch locations
  • Follow standardized workflows for handling, warehousing, and shipping/receiving
  • Partner cross‑functionally with supply chain, production, and quality to ensure material availability
  • Drive improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in logistics processes
