Description

This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, pulling parts and equipment for shop jobs/orders, and preparing outgoing shipments to customers. The position regularly uses forklifts, RF scanners, and ERP software to track inventory, process shipments, and maintain warehouse organization within an industrial pump and equipment environment.

Hudson Pump & Equipment, founded in 1979, is a Florida-based distributor and service provider of pumps and fluid process equipment, with locations in Lakeland, Jacksonville, and West Palm Beach. Hudson became part of Tencarva Machinery Company in 2001.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and ERP software
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Organize inventory, parts, and work-in-progress materials throughout the warehouse
  • Pull parts and equipment for shop jobs and customer orders
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
  • Package, palletize, and prepare outgoing shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation
  • Assist customers and delivery drivers with pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
  • Coordinate internally with shop, service, and operations teams as needed.
