Now Hiring: Forklift Operators

Location: Salem, OR

Pay Rates-22$/hr

Available Shifts

1st Shift (Key 1)

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime required

2nd Shift (Key 2)

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
  • Overtime required

Weekend Shift (Key 3)

  • Friday – Sunday
  • 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Overtime required

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Salem, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and staging materials while supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts,(Crown , Stand up , Clamp , or Electric pallet jack) and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Transport materials and products to designated storage locations.
  • Pick, stage, and replenish inventory to support order fulfillment and store operations.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by scanning products and updating warehouse management systems.
  • Follow all OSHA and Home Depot safety policies and procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity and operational goals.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping merchandise as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment preferred.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification.
  • Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail environment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
