Join the Cadence Team as an Inventory Control Clerk!

We're looking for an Inventory Control Clerk II at our Sturgeon Bay, WI site to help ensure the accurate movement of materials that support the manufacturing of life-changing medical devices. Every detail you manage helps deliver quality products to patients worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials.
  • Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Process inventory transactions in the ERP system.
  • Issue materials to production and process returns.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
  • Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work area.
  • Light production support as necessary.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of inventory management, material handling, and shipping/receiving experience.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook preferred) and internet browsers.
  • Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping software.
  • Experience with weigh scales/APW and printers.
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Forklift experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move materials regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
