Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of materials in and out of our facility. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and experienced with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay Rate 
Day: $17.50/hr
Night: $18.50/hr

Schedule and Hours 
Day shift: 8:00am-8:00pm swing shift (2 days on/2 days off/3 days on)
Night shift: 8:00pm-8:00am swing shift (2 days on/2 days off/3 days on)
Must be willing to work every other weekend
 
Shipping/Receiving Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and assist with counts and audits
  • Organize and store materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Follow safety procedures and communicate any discrepancies, damages, or delays
 
Shipping/ Receiving Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements 
  • At least 1 year of experience 
  • Must wear required PPE for entirety of shift
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Excel

Job Type 
Full-time, long-term temporary with full benefits after 1 year
