JOB SUMMARYThe Warehouse Associates play a crucial role in the efficient operation of a warehouse by handling, organizing, and moving materials and products. They are responsible for ensuring that the right materials are in the right place at the right time, enabling smooth production and order fulfillment processes.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Material Handling:o Safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.o Sort, stack, and organize materials in designated storage areas.o Ensure that materials are stored securely to prevent damage or accidents. Inventory Management:o Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts.o Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to identify discrepancies and investigate the root causes.o Restock materials as needed to maintain adequate inventory levels. Order Fulfillment:o Pick materials and products from storage locations to fulfill customer orders or production demands.o Pack and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring they are labeled correctly and securely packaged.o Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to meet order deadlines. Quality Control:o Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies upon receipt.o Report any damaged or low-quality materials to supervisors.o Ensure that materials are handled and stored in a manner that maintains their quality. Safety Compliance:o Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment and handling materials.o Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.o Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize safety risks. Equipment Maintenance:o Conduct routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.o Ensure that equipment is used and stored properly to prolong its lifespan. Communication:o Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.o Report inventory discrepancies or shortages to appropriate personnel. Efficiency and Productivity:o Strive to improve warehouse efficiency by suggesting process enhancements or optimizations.o Work collaboratively with team members to achieve productivity goals.  Customer Premise Equipment:o Process RMA kits provided to customers for return of CPE items.o Assist in the screen and clean process for returned CPE items. Other Duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is beneficial. Knowledge of basic inventory management principles. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. ERP or WMS experience is strongly preferred.  Safety-conscious with a commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols.PHYSICAL, FIELD, OR ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
