We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable & Harness Inspector to join our team in Mexico. This is a full-time position. 
 
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in cable and harness inspection, excellent attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality work. Must have flexibility to work OT and weekends if needed. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure products meet quality and specification standards
  • Verify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications
  • Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.)
  • Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects
  • Interpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformances
  • Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules
  • Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods
  • Familiar with IPC-A-620 standards
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields
  • Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components
  • Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills
  • Proven ability to de-escalate workplace conflicts effectively
  • Bilingual English and Spanish must be able to read and write
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified or previously certified in IPC-A-620 is a plus but not required
  • Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineering
  • Knowledge of electronic contract manufacturing and LEAN manufacturing
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness Inspector
