Overview

Project Manager (Large-Format Printing & Visual Communications)

Job Description
ABC Imaging is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with an interest in the large-format printing and visual communications industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design workflows, production coordination, and project management processes.

This role supports high-end retail clients and involves managing projects from initial job setup through production, shipping, and final delivery. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document job workflows and implement them into production processes
  • Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely project completion
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from intake through delivery, ensuring quality and deadline compliance
  • Maintain a strong eye for color accuracy, design quality, and production standards
  • Coordinate packaging, shipping preparation, and logistics tracking for all deliverables
  • Manage project updates and communication using Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
  • Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
  • Identify and resolve production or scheduling challenges through effective problem-solving
  • Support continuous improvement of workflow efficiency and production processes
Qualifications
