PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support warehouse and production operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, tracking, staging, and shipping materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
  • Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials
Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Perform cycle counts and routine inventory audits
  • Use inventory management systems to track materials and stock levels
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Material Handling
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and shipment
  • Ensure materials are available to support production schedules
