We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable on-site Shipping Specialist, in our Columbia, MD warehouse to help ensure our members receive the essential healthcare resources they need—on time and with care. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records to support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately manage inventory and prepare shipments in a timely manner.

· Use logistic software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager) to process and track shipments efficiently.

· Maintain detailed shipping records using Microsoft Office software.

· Collaborate with team members to meet shipping demands, including occasional weekend support.


Required Qualifications:

· Experience in inventory management and packing.

· Proficiency in logistic software such as FedEx Ship Manager.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
