  • Review and properly disposition all product returns to determine whether product is in acceptable condition to be returned to inventory and made available for selection that night.
  • Ensure returned product that is poor quality, damaged, questionable, or otherwise unsuitable for selection is placed on hold and clearly identified until the Buyer provides direction.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Leadership & Employee Supervision
  • Lead by example and maintain a professional, productive work environment.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, productivity, and adherence to procedures.
  • Address minor employee issues promptly and communicate significant or recurring issues to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Train employees on proper warehouse and processing procedures as needed.
