Shipping Manager


Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

May stay later as needed to ensure all orders are ready to ship.


We are looking for an experienced and dependable Shipping Manager to oversee our shipping operations and ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready to go out on time.


Responsibilities
  • Manage daily shipping operations and workflow
  • Complete and maintain shipping paperwork
  • Prepare and fill out Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Verify orders are complete and accurate before shipment
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is correct
  • Manage and coordinate a team of 3-5 employees
  • Help ensure all orders are prepared and shipped on schedule
  • Maintain an organized and efficient shipping area


Qualifications
  • Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work until all daily orders are ready to ship
