Job Title: Shipping AssociateJob Description

This role focuses on accurately picking and packing boxes containing plastic piping, preparing shipments, and coordinating outbound logistics. You cut material to specified sizes, generate shipping labels, communicate with carriers via email, schedule trucks, and load outgoing shipments. You use ERP System LN 10.7 and related warehouse tools to ensure orders ship on time and in excellent condition, while safely handling materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack boxes with plastic piping according to order specifications and quality standards.
  • Cut material to the required sizes based on customer orders and shipping requirements.
  • Prepare and print shipping labels, ensuring accuracy of addresses, carrier details, and tracking information.
  • Load trucks safely and efficiently, securing materials to prevent damage during transit.
  • Communicate with shipping companies via email to coordinate pickups, confirm schedules, and resolve shipping issues.
  • Schedule trucks for outgoing shipments to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
  • Use ERP System LN 10.7 and warehouse management tools to process orders, update shipment status, and maintain accurate records.

Pay and Benefits
