 Position Summary

The Driver / Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations by ensuring efficient parts handling, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery and pickup of parts. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with driving duties to maintain smooth workflow between the dealership, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and shipments for accuracy and quality 
  • Process and document outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling 
  • Maintain organized records of all shipping and receiving activities 

Parts Delivery & Pickup

  • Deliver and pick up parts from other dealerships, vendors, and wholesale customers in a timely manner 
  • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes 
  • Load and unload parts safely to prevent damage 

Warehouse Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment 
  • Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards 
  • Assist in general facility upkeep as needed 

Inventory & Parts Handling

  • Pull and stage parts from inventory for service department requests 
  • Accurately stock shelves and organize inventory for easy access 
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering parts as needed 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
  • Previous warehouse, delivery, or automotive parts experience is a plus 
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
