Job Description Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (Shipping & Inventory) Location: Monroeville, PA Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.50/hour (W2, paid biweekly) Job Type: Contract with potential for permanent hire Job ID: 169993 Position Overview We are seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (Shipping & Inventory) to support pharmacy operations by preparing and shipping patient medication orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse stock, and ensuring timely, compliant order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, package, and prepare patient medication orders for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked warehouse environment.
  • Perform physical inventory counts and daily cycle counts; replenish pharmacy picking areas as needed.
  • Retrieve and organize shipping labels and documentation for order fulfillment.
  • Pack and ship medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Track shipped packages, report delivery issues, and prepare daily shipping reports for management.
  • Receive non-pharmaceutical inventory through the receiving dock.
  • Assist with purchase orders, inventory receiving, reconciliation, and product selection under pharmacist supervision.
  • Monitor pharmaceutical inventory levels and process returned goods according to standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize computer systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to support daily operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license.
  • At least one year of warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or related experience (data entry experience is a plus).
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a 10-key keypad; typing speed of 20 WPM preferred.
  • Ability to frequently reach, bend, twist, stoop, and walk throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable attendance, particularly during the first 90 days of employment.
Preferred
  • Experience with packing and shipping using national carriers.
  • Experience operating a pallet jack.
