As a Shipping & Inventory Specialist in Mapleton, you will play a critical role in ensuring products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time to customers. Working as part of our Logistics team, you will be a vital contributor to operational excellence by maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating transportation activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

The expected salary range for this role is 46k-53k base salary but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
Essential Job Functions
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments to customers, distribution centers, and warehouses while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Verify order accuracy and proactively resolve shipping, inventory, and logistics issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through shipment verification and cycle count activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to support operational accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Process stock transfers and coordinate shipments to external warehouse locations.
  • Collaborate across warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to improve shipment quality and timeliness.
  • Support safe working practices and contribute to a culture of compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or a related operational environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management systems (WMS), SAP, ERP platforms, and transportation management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture.
