About the Role
We are looking for an IT Technician to support technical operations at our Hammond location.
This role blends warehouse responsibilities with Level 1 help desk support, onsite technical
work, and basic cabling.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle shipping/receiving and assist with inventory management
• Provide Level 1 help desk support, including basic troubleshooting of hardware,
software, and network issues
• Perform onsite installs, troubleshooting, and general technical support
• Run and terminate network cabling (e.g., CAT6)
• Assist with various operational and technical tasks as assigned
• Travel occasionally for onsite work at other locations
Requirements
Qualifications
• Experience or familiarity with Level 1 help desk support
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting
• Experience with cabling or willingness to learn
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel when required
