A Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory levels. Safely moves product around plant floor and ensures safety and efficiency is a priority. Supports operations through inventory and distribution of product throughout the plant.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems is often preferred. Basic computer skills are essential for maintaining records and generating shipping labels.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Prolonged bending, lifting, standing and being positioned in tight spaces
  • Periods of working at heights above 20' in the air
  • Full-time position based at the Forest City, NC food manufacturing facility
  • Occasional overtime, including weekends, may be required based on production schedules
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the production facility
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Ability to work in various environments including cold environments for extended periods
  • Use of protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection
  • Manual dexterity for handling tools and parts
