Shipping Associates often encounter challenges such as handling tight deadlines, managing high volumes of packages, and ensuring accurate documentation for each shipment. Staying organized and maintaining clear communication with warehouse staff and carriers are key strategies for success. Utilizing shipping software and double-checking order details can help minimize errors and improve efficiency.
