SEASONAL Customer Service & Shipping Associate - Watch RepairWe are seeking a Seasonal Associate to support our Watch Repair facility in Peoria, with a strong focus on phone-based customer support. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while also assisting with shipping and data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide timely, professional support to customers regarding repair status, shipping, and general inquiries
Document customer interactions and update order details in internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer questions and issues
Support shipping functions, including preparing and tracking outgoing and incoming packages
Maintain accurate data entry and ensure order information is up to date
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with data entry and basic shipping/logistics processes
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
This is a seasonal role with the potential for extension based on business
needs.
The pay range for this this opportunity is $16.00 - 17.00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
