We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Pick/Pack/Ship Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is vital in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, carefully packed, and shipped in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and have a commitment to quality service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in logistics and supply chain operations to develop their skills within a dynamic company.


The Shipping Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of outgoing shipments within the organization. This position is responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling products for shipment while maintaining compliance with company standards and shipping regulations. The Shipping Associate collaborates closely with warehouse and inventory teams to verify order accuracy and manage timely dispatch. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to minimize errors and support customer satisfaction through reliable delivery. Ultimately, this role contributes to the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to customers, supporting overall supply chain effectiveness.

This position is not suitable for someone looking to drive or operate forklifts, order pickers or reach trucks all day long.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with members of the Shipping Department to bag flags, package, box and fulfill customer orders
  • Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications using manual methods
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate packing materials
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment according to carrier requirements
  • Become proficient in the use of the bagging machine
  • Maintain organized workstations to facilitate efficient order processing
  • Assist with restocking as needed
  • Ensure all shipments meet quality standards and are processed within designated timeframes
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines
  • Work along side the Production and Printing Departments to ensure orders are accurate prior to shipping
  • Communicate clearly with outside shipping vendors, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
  • Be a team player and pitch in wherever needed
  • Meet or exceed the customer's expectations
  • Participate in a wide variety of other projects and tasks as assigned or requested
  • Follow all directives of the Shipping Manager as required


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or related fields is required
  • Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills in the English language-Required
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assemble 200 boxes per hour
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
