Adecco is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk, in El Paso, TX .  Pay starting at $14.00 p/hr or higher DOE .  This is an opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career.
Job Summary
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming materials accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that products are handled properly, documented correctly, and stored or dispatched according to company procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against bills of lading, invoices, or purchase orders
  • Document and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders
  • Generate shipping documents such as packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipments
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in inventory or warehouse management systems
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified)
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area
