VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a great company in Rio Rancho, NM
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position with a Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm
Pay for this position is $18-$20 per hour DOE
Position Overview
The Shipping & Receiving Associate will be responsible for receiving incoming products, updating inventory systems, preparing outgoing shipments, and building wooden crates for secure transport. This role requires strong computer literacy, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk you will:

  • Receive incoming products and accurately update inventory in the computer system
  • Prepare and ship products using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carrier software
  • Build wooden crates and pack products safely for shipment
  • Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Shipping & Receiving Clerk candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • Computer literate; able to navigate shipping software and inventory systems
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar shipping platforms
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic carpentry or crate-building skills preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
