Loading/Shipping Associate
Day Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: $20.50/HR
Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

Summary:
The primary function of this position is to safely and effectively work in a team of 3-4 following shipping instructions to hand load sections, track, hardware etc. into the appropriate trailers.
Essential Duties:
  1. Know all the products associated with an order.
  2. Find correct orders and transfer to trailer staging area.
  3. Pre-pull product (E.g., springs, track, struts, vinyl).
  4. Use safe lifting/loading procedures to manually load product onto trailers.
  5. Use hand/power tools when needed.

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs. overhead.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols.
  • Have prompt and reliable attendance.
Education and Experience:
High School or GED required, and 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred or; an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
