Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operator
Wilsonville, OR
Pay: $20.00+/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends

A well-established, family-owned industrial packaging company in Wilsonville is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, material handling, and inventory who is looking for a long-term opportunity.

Job Duties:

Perform shipping and receiving duties
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and freight
Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
Move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse
Assist customers with will-call pickups
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Assist with local deliveries after training (company vehicle provided)

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or inventory
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license required for delivery opportunities

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No weekends!
