Job Description:
Job Overview
Assists with receiving, shipping, and expediting goods and materials by moving products between production cells and the Shipping Department, while ensuring the accuracy, quality, and quantity of all items shipped and received.
Job Requirements
  • Move finished material from the cells to the shipping area using equipment such as forklift, carts, and pallet jacks.
  • Put away materials for stock into designated location.
  • Stage materials made for orders for the Shipping area.
  • Perform shipping clerk responsibilities as necessary to meet on-time delivery standards.
  • Audit finished production orders brought to Shipping. Review and ensure that the quantities and labels match the production order.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Keep files and documents organized and filed correctly.
  • Rotate materials through the racking system (FIFO)
  • Organize and straighten up shelves daily.
  • Relocate or assign shelf locations to new items.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Hours are from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $33,200- $49,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
