$21.50/hour ($21.00 base pay + $0.50 shift differential)
Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

We're looking for a motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate II to join a fast-paced distribution center operation in Romeoville. This is a great opportunity for warehouse professionals who enjoy staying active, operating equipment, and playing a key role in the movement of products from receiving to shipping.
If you have experience with warehouse equipment, shipping and receiving, inventory movement, and pallet handling, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
Work shipping chutes by scanning cartons and building pallets for shipment
Wrap and secure completed pallets
Utilize an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to unload inbound trailers and move product throughout the facility
Load outbound trucks according to shipping schedules
Operate an order picker to pull cases for customer orders and inventory replenishment
Perform inbound receiving activities, including unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and inspecting product accuracy
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for outbound shipment
Replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations
Use RF scanners to record inventory and shipment movements
Move pallets throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
Conduct equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating standards
Support other warehouse functions as needed

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience
Experience operating:
Forklifts
Reach trucks
Electric pallet jacks (EPJ)
Order pickers
Experience with shipping and receiving processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma preferred
Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
Experience operating or working around turret trucks is a plus
