Job description

What success looks like in this role:
• Supports the full range of Supply Chain responsibilities.
• May assume primary responsibility within a service area.
• Assists with prioritization and coordination of process improvements and automations.
• Verifies inventory receipt and disbursement.
• Serves as a key liaison with Supply Chain associates / leaders, suppliers, shippers and other stakeholders to address service and process issues.
• Works with supported functions to ensure operations / services work as intended, are user friendly and provide necessary information.
• Collects and measures qualitative and quantitative data to improve Supply Chain offerings and service performance.
• Provides process and application coaching and training for Supply Chain team members.
• Identifies and ensures cross skilling across all critical processes.
• Reports on project status, issues, and risks on a regular and ongoing basis.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Prior management experience not required but may have informally led teams
