Job description

Warehouse Associate, Day Shift 

At Bridor, the Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, staging, shipping, and distributing materials while maintaining food safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Associate helps ensure production teams have the right materials available at the right time to support operational success.

Regular Production Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Prepare and stage raw materials according to production shop orders
  • Safely load, unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities for incoming and outgoing materials
  • Verify material quality, condition, and quantities to support production requirements
  • Receive and document raw materials using the Bridor Paperless System and SAP
  • Maintain accurate labeling of ingredients and materials, including allergen and SAP labels
  • Properly store dry, refrigerated, allergen, and non-allergen ingredients according to food safety standards
  • Process and document materials returned from production
  • Perform inventory transactions and stock movements within SAP
  • Support month-end and year-end inventory audits
  • Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work and storage areas
  • Participate in company training programs, including GMP, HACCP, SAP, and related operational systems
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed
  • Communicate any food safety or quality concerns to the QA team immediately
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must have previous warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience
  • 2 years Forklift operator experience is mandatory with reach truck experience mandatory
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP and warehouse systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the shift
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
