Job Description
Candidates will need extensive experience in Logistics planning, (shipping, order entry, shipment/demand planning, MRP, and customer relations)
  • Ship finished product per customer requirements. 
  • Efficient in all MS software
  • Some customer service background.
  • Must have forklift experience. 
  • Must be able to use a hand scanner to scan product to shipments.
  • Strong shipping background – processing paperwork for outbound shipments.
  • Must be able to type efficiently and have strong grammar skills. This person will interface directly with the customer.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities
1. To ship finished product as per customer release schedules.
2. Make and distribute shippers for all outgoing parts.
3. Send ASNs when shipments leave plant – verify by scanning.
4. Input receipts into CMS.
5. Coordinate customer inquiries with affected personnel.
6. Assist in loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
7. Safely operate Hi-Lo to move material as required.
8. Complete minor plant and assembly operations as needed.
